What We Need From You

These three are what actually make or break the day. If we show up and cannot get to the equipment, cannot run our cords, or cannot get the van close, the job takes longer and sometimes it has to be rescheduled.

• Driveway access, as close to the house as possible. Our vacuum and air compressor run off the truck. Move cars out of the driveway before we get there, not while we are standing in it.
• A door we can run cords and hoses through. Usually the closest exterior door to the furnace or the laundry room. It stays propped open while we work, so plan for that with pets and the thermostat.
• Clear access to everything we are working on. Vents, furnace, dryer. Move the boxes, totes, furniture, and laundry piles the night before. We are not able to move your belongings for you.

• Someone 18 or older needs to be home. We walk the job with you first and confirm the flat price before any work starts.
• Plan for pets. Doors propped open and loud equipment. It is easiest on everybody if animals are in a room we are not working in, or crated.
• Nothing is due up front. You are charged after the work is done and you have approved it.
• One number, always. Duct Daddy only calls and texts from (816) 708-2608. If another number claims to be us, hang up and call us direct.
• You get photos. Before and after, on every job, so you can see the work instead of taking our word for it.
