How much does duct cleaning cost in Kansas City?
Flat rate by square footage. $600 up to 1,500 sq ft, stepping up to $1,600 at 6,000 sq ft. Every price covers one HVAC system, and each additional system is $200. That covers every supply, return, and trunk line in the home. No per vent surprises, no "well, once we got in there…" phone calls.
How often should air ducts be cleaned?
Every 1 to 2 years for most homes, and sooner after a renovation, a house that is new to you, or pets that shed like it is their job. Dryer vents should be cleaned every 12 months. Lint buildup is a real fire risk.
Do you do heating and cooling work too, or just ducts?
Both. Duct Daddy is a licensed mechanical contractor. Tune-ups, diagnostics, flat rate repairs, and full AC installs, one company for the whole system.
What areas do you serve?

What about after-hours emergencies?
If your heat dies at midnight in January, call us. After-hours diagnostics, nights and Sundays, run $200. HVAC Plan and Complete Home members skip the after-hours surcharge entirely.
Do I pay anything when I book?
Nothing up front. We save a card on file to lock your slot, but you are charged only when the job is done and you have approved the work. If you need to reschedule, just give us a heads-up and we will find you a new slot.
