Why the price is this low
We'd rather have 100 homes on the schedule twice a year than spend the same money on ads. That's the whole reason.
You get a crew in your basement every spring and fall who already knows your equipment and has photos of it from last time. We get a route we can count on instead of hoping the phone rings.
It's a real business trade, not a gimmick. Once the 100 are taken the plan goes back to $300 and stays there.

- $175 paid once a year. There's no monthly option on the founder price.
- Locked for life means your renewal stays $175 as long as the plan stays active. Let it lapse and you come back at whatever the price is then.
- One home, one HVAC system, one dryer vent. Extra systems are $50 each per tune-up visit.
- One discount per job. The member discount doesn't stack with other offers.
- It goes with the house. Sell, and the new owner keeps it. Move inside the metro and we'll follow you.

What happens when the 100 spots are gone?
The Complete Home Plan goes back to $300 a year. Everyone already in stays at $175 for as long as they keep the plan.
Can I pay monthly?
Not on the founder price. It's $175 once a year. Our regular Complete Home Plan is $30 a month if you'd rather pay that way.
Do I have to be a customer already?
No. Anybody in the metro can take a spot.
What if I sell the house?
The plan goes with the house to the new owner. If you're staying in the metro, call us and we'll move it to your new address instead.
What if my furnace dies in year one?
You get free diagnostics and 15% off the repair. If it turns into a replacement, members get first crack at our install schedule.
